Our combined backgrounds in child welfare, education, and organizational leadership enable us to provide quality care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and regulatory compliance.

As a Licensed Child Care Administrator, I, Dr. Clennon Saulsberry Jr., oversee the delivery of services that promote each child's educational, behavioral, emotional, and social development. My focus is on creating a therapeutic, family-centered environment where youth are supported, encouraged, and equipped with the skills needed to achieve long-term success.

As Chief Executive Officer, I, Ujunma Saulsberry, am dedicated to ensuring that every child entrusted to our care receives compassionate, individualized support in a home that values dignity, respect, and consistency. I work closely with our team, placing agencies, case managers, and families to ensure that each child's needs are met through effective communication, collaboration, and quality care.

Together, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in a stable and supportive environment. We value strong partnerships with child-placing agencies, caseworkers, guardians, and community providers as we work together to help each youth reach their full potential.
